 🛍 Orders

 Q: What do I need to do to place an order?
 A: Just look through our website, add the items you want to your cart, and then go to checkout.

 Q: Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I place it?
 A: Please get in touch with us as soon as you can at contact@Wearnoova.shop.  We will do our best to change or cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet.

 🚚 Delivery

 Q: Do you ship for free?
 A: Yes!  All orders come with free standard shipping.

 Q: How long will it take to get there?
 A: Orders are handled in one to three business days.  Delivery times depend on where you live.  When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number.

 Q: Do you send things to other countries?
 A: Right now, we only ship within the US.  Please get in touch with us before placing an order from outside the US.

 Returns and refunds

 Q: How do you handle returns?
 A: You can return items in their original condition and packaging within 90 days of delivery.

 Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
 A: Refunds that are approved are sent back to the same payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within seven days.

 Q: Is it possible to trade an item?
 A: Yes, we do replace items that are broken, damaged, or not what you ordered.  Call us to set up an exchange.
